Refund Policy

At FirstLink Research and Analytics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality data analytics services and digital solutions tailored to your business needs. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy as outlined below.

1. Digital Products and Services

All purchases of digital products, analytics services, or consulting sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise used. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom data reports
  • Strategy sessions
  • Dashboard and analytic tool access
  • Subscription-based services

Once work has begun or a deliverable has been provided, we are unable to offer a refund due to the labor and resources already invested.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before delivery has started, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, a full refund may be issued, provided that no work has commenced.

For recurring services (e.g., monthly analytics subscriptions), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued for partial use of services in a billing period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The service was never delivered due to a fault on our end
  • A billing error occurred (e.g., double charge)
  • You were charged after canceling within the allowed timeframe
